Risks associated with using an internet-based execution trading system include, but are not limited to, failure of the Licensees’ hardware, Software, and/or internet connection. As THE FINANCIAL FIXX does not control signal power, its reception or routing via the internet, the configuration of your equipment, or the reliability of its connection, we cannot be responsible for communication failures, distortions, or delays when trading via the internet.

Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could 
potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without 
jeopardizing ones’ financial security or life style. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only

This Agreement is the complete Agreement between THE FINANCIAL FIXX and the Licensee. It supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written with respect to the Software. Failure or delay of THE FINANCIAL FIXX to exercise any of its rights under the Agreement or upon any breach of this Agreement, shall not be deemed a waiver of those rights or of the breach. By continuing to install the Software, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and all the conditions and indemnities contained herein.
